Happy Sunday all but we're not here to talk about Sunday but rather Saturday night-and what I wore in particular.
I know it's winter and people are looking for ways to remain chic in the cold weather. Well here's a simple outfit that will work for all-try going for long bandage skirts with cool jackets-leather,denim etc and pair with comfy/cute ankle booties. (try www.gojane.com or ebay.com or www.makemechic.com or asos.com)
The trick during winter is layering-don't wear one big heavy piece,then it just makes you look chunky. Rather wear several pieces that will keep you warm but still show your svelte side.
I could have easily added a pair of leggings to this outfit as well as a scarf & it would have still looked very chic!
I was wearing a tank top & a sweater beneath the denim jacket so was pretty warm.

 I'm not one to quote Rihanna but I must admit I agree with the lyrics. It pertains more to my ring which is a cheaper version of Princess Diana's ring which Prince William gave to Kate Middleton. (I get props for actually having the ring years BEFORE Prince William proposed!
 My braids are reallyyyy ancient and I need to take them out by yesterday-yes I said yesterday but I have gotten on to it. Now for some strange reason I am getting more creative with my hair and playing around with them more than ever! This look is extremely simple and took just 1 bobby pin. If you're interested I can include a short tutorial. Trust me I'm the worse hair guru & I usually just let my braids hang loose so if I say it was easy,then it was eeeasy.
