Make up Forever!

Soooo, I'm not one to be a connaisseur in make up BUT I decided to step inside Sephora for the first time in my life and have to share with you all! I used to always walk by and knew they were rather pricey but had awesome make up. What urged me to walk in this time is the fact that one of my friends on Facebook has this pic on facebook with really nice pink lipstick and I was 99% sure she would have gotten it from Sephora (she tends to like classy,less affordable stuff,lol). SO after work on Friday I thought okay, I'm ready to spend $22 on a reallyy good lipstick but I'm going to take my time! (Heck, for $22 I'm going to take all day if need be!) The sales lady was soo helpful and veryy patient with me as we tried on about 10 shades of pink-even the famous Nicki Minaj pink which I'll say looked absolutely HORRIBLE on me! My 1st choice would have been the Yves Saint Laurent pink,but that was $40! I decided to settle for a lipstick half the price and totally love it!

I also got probably the most amazing Foundation from Make up forever! I do have oily skin so yes after about 4 hours of wear, you need to oil-blot your face but it does give you a "flawless" finish. I used to be hooked on MAC Studio Fix foundation but I guess I've found a new love. First of all, it does cost $40 for their foundation,which is liquid and to get amazing results, you should be using a good brush (which holds for all make up),and which is why I ALSO purchased a Good Sephora brush!

See the way my forehead is so bright and vibrant! I put some of that Makeup forever foundation on! Perfect match to my skin tone and their shades go all the way dark-like Alek Wek dark!

Yup, I found my new love :)
